The electromagnetic field, the Lagrangian and the Hamiltonian
The Lagrangian and the Hamiltonian for the electromagnetic field with source are investigated. The background space-time isn't necessarily flat. Also, it is verified that the equation of motion in the phase space results into the same equation of motion in the configuration space.
