Time-dependent perturbation, eigenvalue shift, and survival
The effect of perturbation on a linear system of unitary evolution is investigated. The time dependence of the projection of the state of the system along the initial state is studied (up to the second order in perturbation). Using that the shift of the eigenvalue, and the survival of the system in the initial state is determined.
